Leaner Schools Fees Payment and E-Receipt

A Learner can login and click on Payment on the left Navigation to make school fees payment for a particular session and term.

Here are the steps below -

  1. Login to your school Learner portal
  2. Go to the left navigation and click on Payment
  3. Select The Session and Term you want to pay for
  4. If the school admin or accountant has set up a payment list for the class for that session and term, it will show automatically for the learner to pay.
  5. Click on the Pay now button as shown below -
  6. Choose your payment option and enter required credentials for payment and make payment. As soon as Learner makes a successful payment, the Receipt is made available for print automatically.
  7. The School Account or School Admin also sees the list of successful payments and their receipt on the Payment Record. Below is a receipt Sample after a successful payment was made -
